Overview

The Lowrance xSonic Airmar SS175M is a premium 1 kW stainless steel through-hull CHIRP transducer designed for offshore fishing and cruising vessels. Operating in the Medium CHIRP frequency range (85–135 kHz), the Lowrance xSonic Airmar SS175M provides excellent target separation, superior bottom tracking, and reliable depth performance in shallow to deep water. This version features a 0° tilted-element housing for vessels with 0°–7° hull deadrise and uses a 9-pin xSonic connector for compatibility with selected Lowrance, Simrad, and B&G multifunction displays.

The tilted-element design keeps the sonar beam perpendicular to the seabed without requiring a fairing block, reducing drag while improving sonar accuracy. Its rugged stainless steel housing and integrated water temperature sensor ensure long-lasting performance in demanding marine environments.
