Overview
The Airmar TM185C-M-MM is a 1 kW Medium CHIRP transom-mount transducer designed for offshore fishing, sportfishing, and larger recreational vessels. Operating across the 85–135 kHz Medium CHIRP frequency range, it provides exceptional target separation, outstanding bottom tracking, and highly detailed fish arches at depths of up to 457 m (1,500 ft). This model is part of Airmar’s Mix & Match™ series, allowing the transducer to be paired with different manufacturer-specific adapter cables without replacing the transducer itself.
The transducer features a durable urethane housing with a stainless steel mounting bracket, an integrated fast-response water temperature sensor, and Xducer ID® technology for automatic transducer identification on compatible systems. It is suitable for fiberglass, aluminum, steel, and wooden hulls.
