The FX5-DP-M MITSUBISHI (Model: FX5-DP-M) is a high-performance PROFIBUS-DP master expansion module engineered for the Mitsubishi Electric MELSEC iQ-F Series (FX5U and FX5UC) compact PLC platform. Designed to integrate compact PLCs into broad industrial fieldbus networks, the FX5-DP-M MITSUBISHI allows iQ-F controllers to act as Class 1 DP master stations, controlling and exchanging data with up to 126 PROFIBUS-DP slave devices.
Equipped with a standard 9-pin Sub-D female connector, the FX5-DP-M MITSUBISHI supports high-speed network transmission rates up to 12 Mbps. Featuring automatic baud rate detection, flexible DP-V0 and DP-V1 cyclic/acyclic communication modes, and comprehensive LED network diagnostics, it simplifies network configuration while bridging iQ-F PLCs with remote I/O islands, variable frequency drives, soft starters, and field instrumentation.
