The GNOM DDE S7 Axle Load Sensor by Technoton is a wireless pressure sensor designed for axle load and vehicle weight monitoring on trucks, trailers and commercial vehicles with air suspension.
Using S7 Technology and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE), the sensor transmits axle load data wirelessly to compatible GPS trackers, telematics devices and smartphones. Its built-in battery provides operation for up to 5 years, eliminating the need for external power and signal wiring.

GNOM DDE S7 Axle Load Sensor
The GNOM DDE S7 Axle Load Sensor by Technoton is a professional wireless pressure sensor developed for monitoring axle loads, cargo weight and vehicle overload on trucks, semi-trailers and other commercial vehicles equipped with pneumatic air suspension.
The sensor measures compressed-air pressure within the vehicle’s air-suspension circuit. As vehicle load increases, pressure within the pneumatic suspension changes. After calibration, this information enables the telematics system to determine the corresponding axle load.
Wireless BLE Axle Load Monitoring
Unlike conventional wired axle load sensors, the GNOM DDE S7 Axle Load Sensor uses Technoton’s S7 wireless technology.
Data is transmitted using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and can be received simultaneously by compatible GPS trackers, telematics terminals, smartphones and other BLE-compatible devices.
This wireless architecture provides several advantages:

Installation on Air Suspension
The sensor can be installed directly in the air-suspension cushion’s air supply connection or connected to the pneumatic air line using an appropriate fitting or T-connector.
Technoton specifies an M16 × 1.5 connection, with an M22 × 1.5 option using the appropriate adapter from the mounting kit.
GNOM DDE S7 for Fleet Management
Integration of the GNOM DDE S7 Axle Load Sensor into a fleet-monitoring platform gives operators better visibility into vehicle loading and helps identify excessive axle loads.
