The PR 4104 Universal uni-/bipolar signal transmitter (Model: PR 4104) is a high-precision, versatile signal conditioner manufactured by PR electronics. Engineered for flexible process signal conversion and galvanic isolation, the PR 4104 Universal uni-/bipolar signal transmitter accepts a wide spectrum of unipolar and bipolar DC inputs—including current (up to +/- 100 mA) and voltage (up to +/- 300 V DC)—and converts them into standard active/passive current or voltage process outputs.
Designed with high 3-port galvanic isolation (2.3 kV AC) and exceptional signal response, the PR 4104 Universal uni-/bipolar signal transmitter eliminates ground loops and conditions noisy signals in complex PLC networks. Configurable via the detachable PR 4501 / 4511 operator interface, it supports linear conversion, square root extraction, and inverted output profiles for industrial process monitoring and marine SCADA integrations.
