The WAFER TYPE LUGGED BUTTERFLY VALVE is a lightweight, compact quarter-turn valve designed for efficient flow regulation, isolation, and quick shut-off across marine, offshore, and industrial piping networks. Available in both wafer and lugged mounting profiles, this valve provides an economical, space-saving alternative to traditional gate and globe valves while delivering zero-leakage sealing in bidirectional pressure applications.

Engineered in accordance with international specifications—including BS 5155, API 609, AWWA, and JIS 10K—the WAFER TYPE LUGGED BUTTERFLY VALVE is inspected and pressure-tested under API 598 standards. Offered in nominal sizes up to 400 mm (with custom dimensions above 400 mm supplied via Voyage Marine Automation), it is available in high-grade cast steel, stainless steel, and bronze alloys to handle seawater, ballast, fuel, and chemical media.
