A2K-PMW ACTISENSE NMEA 2000 Panel Mount Bulkhead Connector

The A2K-PMW ACTISENSE is a waterproof panel-mount bulkhead feedthrough connector designed to route NMEA 2000 network signals cleanly through vessel bulkheads, equipment enclosures, instrument consoles, and watertight junction boxes. Featuring a standard Micro-C female or male fitting on the external face and pre-stripped flying lead wires on the internal side, the A2K-PMW ACTISENSE simplifies custom marine hardware wire terminations while preserving watertight integrity.

Constructed with a nickel-plated brass housing, an integrated rubber O-ring seal, and potted wire leads, the A2K-PMW ACTISENSE guarantees IP67 protection against water splash, spray, and dust ingress. Its rugged metal threading ensures long-term resistance to mechanical strain and continuous engine vibration on commercial workboats, luxury yachts, and naval telemetry platforms.

Key Features of the A2K-PMW ACTISENSE

• Watertight Panel Feedthrough: Enables sealed NMEA 2000 network penetration through bulkheads, dashboard panels, and waterproof electronic housings.

• Pre-Stripped Flying Leads: Simplified color-coded wire leads allow direct hardwiring to terminal strips, circuit boards, or custom marine telemetry controllers.

• IP67 Waterproof & Oil Resistant: Heavy-duty rubber sealing washer and internal epoxy potting maintain IP67 ingress protection at the mounting cutout.

• Corrosion-Resistant Metal Body: Nickel-plated brass construction prevents thread degradation and salt-spray corrosion in harsh marine environments.

• Universal Micro-C Standard: Fully compliant with NMEA 2000 and DeviceNet standards, ensuring seamless signal transmission across certified marine hardware.

Primary Applications

• Enclosure Wire Entry: Mounting on custom electronics boxes or SCADA telemetry enclosures to create an external NMEA 2000 plugin port

• Bulkhead & Console Feedthroughs: Passing CAN-bus data across engine room bulkheads, flybridge consoles, or wet decks without sacrificing sealing integrity

• Custom Equipment Integration: Connecting non-standard sensors, transducers, or custom marine monitoring devices to the main vessel network
