The PR4184 PR ELECTRONICS (Model: 4184) is an advanced universal signal transmitter and linearizer designed by PR Electronics for high-precision signal conversion, isolation, and conditioning across industrial control loops. Built to accept a wide spectrum of analog field inputs—including bipolar/unipolar current (mA), voltage (V), RTDs, thermocouples, linear resistance, and potentiometers—the PR4184 PR ELECTRONICS converts complex sensor signals into standard isolated output signals.
Featuring 2.3 kV AC 4-port galvanic isolation between input, output, power supply, and programming interface, the PR4184 PR ELECTRONICS protects sensitive PLCs and telemetry hardware from ground loops, electrical noise, and high voltage transients. Compatible with plug-in display modules (PR 4501 / PR 4511), it enables fast local programming, process monitoring, and Modbus RTU network integration without requiring special software tools.
