A2K-T-MFF ACTISENSE NMEA 2000 Micro T-Piece Connector

The A2K-T-MFF ACTISENSE is a heavy-duty NMEA 2000 Micro-C T-piece connector engineered to interface individual instrument drop cables directly into a primary vessel CAN-bus backbone. Featuring one male and two female Micro-C connections (Male–Female–Female layout), the A2K-T-MFF ACTISENSE allows marine electricians and technicians to expand onboard marine networks cleanly, securely, and without signal loss.

Built with rugged overmoulded housing, integrated mounting screw holes, and corrosion-resistant nickel-plated metal M12 coupling nuts, the A2K-T-MFF ACTISENSE delivers superior IP67 water ingress protection. Internal shielding and precision pin construction ensure low-resistance power distribution and interference-free data communication across commercial vessel telemetry systems, workboats, and luxury yacht helm stations.

Key Features of the A2K-T-MFF ACTISENSE

• Standard Micro-C Pinout: Male-to-Female backbone passthrough with a orthogonal Female drop port for connecting instruments, displays, and sensors.

• Integrated Mounting Holes: Built-in screw mounting slots allow rigid attachment to bulkheads, wire channels, or dashboard frames to reduce stress on cable joints.

• IP67 Sealed Waterproofing: Heavy-duty rubber gaskets and overmoulding protect internal CAN-bus contacts from saltwater spray, bilge humidity, and condensation.

• Nickel-Plated Metal Coupling Rings: Durable M12 threaded brass rings prevent thread stripping and maintain tight locking under engine vibration and sea motion.

• Universal NMEA 2000 Interoperability: 100% NMEA 2000 certified, providing seamless plug-and-play connection with Garmin, Lowrance, Simrad, Raymarine, Furuno, and B&G network hardware.

Primary Applications

• Adding Network Drop Lines: Connecting multifunction displays (MFDs), VHF radios, GPS antennas, and wind/depth sensors to the main NMEA 2000 backbone

• Backbone Expansion: Linking multiple T-connectors together in series behind instrument consoles or steering stations

• Sensor & Gateway Ingestion: Ingesting engine telemetry gateways, fuel flow sensors, and tank level transmitters into the shipboard data network
